Rafael Nadal has dispelled a misunderstanding about his feud with Nick Kyrgios: that he was angered by the Australian's shock tactic of serving underarm.
Many believed that his outspoken criticism was sparked by Kyrgios using underarm serves during the match; an unusual and divisive tactic in tennis. "When he was serving his way, this thing, when I criticise him in Acapulco after the match, people understood that was because he was serving sometimes like this. I never criticised that. Is part of the game.
