British actress Eliza Bennett, best known for her role in Nanny McPhee, has revealed she has become a mum for the first time. The 32-year-old surprised fans with the announcement on Instagram, sharing a heartwarming video featuring moments from her pregnancy and birth.

Nanny McPhee star welcomes first child. “I was a little quieter on here this year and this was for a few reasons, but mainly because I had a little smoosh. Surprise!” she wrote. The actress said she kept her pregnancy private, as she “didn’t feel the pull to share” the experience on social media. The video showcases treasured snippets of her journey, right up until the arrival of her baby. “It’s a perfect lil snippet of some treasured moments from 2024,” she said.
