Superintendent Dan Bridges’ salary will be $285,000 in the 2022-23 school year under a new five-year contract approved this week by the Naperville District 203 School Board.
With added benefits for items such as insurance, retirement and transportation expense reimbursement, Bridge’s total compensation for the coming year will be $346,654,Board President Kristin Fitzgerald at Monday’s board meeting said the district has already negotiated employment agreements with teachers, support personnel, bus drivers and custodians.

The highest compensated District 203 principal is Stephanie Posey, who oversees Naperville North High School and receives a salary and benefits package totaling $228,865. Jacqueline Thornton, who recently was appointed principal at Naperville Central, has a compensation package totaling $203,009.
