NASCAR Cup Series team Legacy Motor Club has suspended driver Noah Gragson indefinitely for conduct on social media. Gragson will be replaced by Josh Berry for the weekend's race at Michigan.
Legacy Motor Club's release refers only to "actions that do not represent the values of our team," butthat the suspension is the result of a public "like" of an Instagram post making fun of the 2020 killing of George Floyd. Gragson apologized on Twitter, saying "I am disappointed in myself for my lack of attention and actions on social media. I understand the severity of this situation. I love and appreciate everyone.
