Barnaby Joyce has this morning told Sky News he never threatened to block government legislation with a "rebel group" but did tell the Prime Minister that Michael McCormack was "foolish". In a text Mr Joyce sent Prime Minister Scott Morrison, he said “sorry, Scott but Michael picking only those who voted for him is foolish as it leaves little room for ownership to the team and as such makes things precarious”.
