If Ball can help turn the Hornets into a true playoff contender, he'll surely live up to the hype as one of the top under-21 players in the NBA. --Having Ball outside of last year's top 100 made sense, given the 19-year-old rookie had played just 13 games against Australian NBL competition the previous season.
