At least two teams this season believe Michigan knew their signs, the report states.

NCAA Bylaw 11.6.1 states, “Off-campus, in-person scouring of future opponents is prohibited,” according to the report.Yahoo reports two of Michigan’s opponents this season were aware that Michigan knew their play signs..
