This Nebraska Congressman was charged with lying to investigators about campaign contributions
by the grand jury with two counts of making false statements to investigators and one count of scheming to falsify and conceal material facts, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. to supporters earlier Tuesday stating that he expected to be indicted and denying any wrongdoing.
