A dispute between Oakland neighbors Thursday night left one stabbed and one shot.
OAKLAND — A neighborhood dispute Thursday night in the Upper Dimond district led to a 22-year-old man stabbing his 25-year-old neighbor before the knife wielder was shot by another person, authorities said.The violence happened about 11:20 p.m. Thursday outside in the 3800 block of Midvale Avenue near 35th Avenue.
Police said two neighbors had been in a dispute that escalated physically and violently. Police have not confirmed what the dispute was about or how long it had been going on.
