Warnock is out of work and Brazil has once again playfully linked him with the Rangers job - this time to his face.
Alan Brazil asked Neil Warnock if he's moving to Govan to keep one eye on the Rangers job – prompting a chuckling response from the veteran manager.
Warnock left Huddersfield last week and the 74-year-old says might not be finished yet, although an opportunity to return to management would need to "whet his appetite." It's likely the Rangers job, were it to become available, would do that and Celtic daft radio host Brazil has been at the windup over the prospect since Warnock became went back on the market.
Last week he asked his talkSPORT colleague Ally McCoist if he could see Warnock in the job – but he got little joy out of the Ibrox legend who was quick to deflect away from the prospect of Michael Beale's departure. on Wednesday though he got the chance to put his fantasy appointment to Warnock himself and jumped at the chance when he mentioned he was moving house after leaving his 19th job in management.
When the topic came up, Brazil cheekily asked: "Where were you moving to? Govan? Because that job’s coming up soon." And a chuckling Warnock responded: "To be honest, before this one came up again I was doing my shows and I enjoyed them but the buzz I have had since coming back, you just get that buzz so you never say never. But obviously it has to be something that really whets my appetite. "
