Currently in an exciting growth phase, the business is transitioning from using external development consultants to building an in-house tech team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the product and business direction, with a clear growth path into a Head of Development role.This is a foundational technical role, responsible for driving the design and development of internal platforms and tools. You’ll work closely with the founders and legal teams to turn requirements into robust software solutions, contributing directly to the platform’s architecture and long-term strategy.Develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET Core and related technologiesBuild and enhance internal systems using PowerApps and BlazorDrive code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement practicesProvide technical input on product and business decisions3+ years of experience in .NET development, with strong backend and frontend exposureDemonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator who thrives in collaborative settingsIdeally available to work from the Pretoria office 2-3 days per week
