While it’s unclear if the changes will be brought to Australia, streaming platform recently announced a “new lower priced ad-supported subscription plan” will be introduced following the company’s recent partnership with Microsoft. The two companies announced the partnership on Wednesday, with Netflix’s chief operating officer and chief product officer Greg Peters saying Microsoft offered the “flexibility to innovate in both technology and sales”.“It’s very early days, and we have much to work through,” he said
“But our long-term goal is clear: More choice for consumers and a premium, better-than-linear TV brand experience for advertisers.
