Let's flash forward to the future.
The first will be set in 2022 in the futuristic New Raccoon City, where young Jade, played by Tamara Smart, moves with her father and sister Billy. While life in the new city initially seems utopic, Jade quickly becomes aware of her father's reckless experiments with the Umbrella Corporation who run New Raccoon City.
The second timeline is set 14 years later, in 2036, and follows Jade – this time portrayed by Ella Balinska – across the pond as she navigates a post-apocalyptic London. There she is seen fighting for her survival against an army of the bloodthirsty zombies that were the after-effect of the global outbreak caused by the Umbrella Corporation.
Smart and Balinska join Lance Reddick, who plays Albert on the show, as well as Siena Agudong, Adeline Rudolph, Paola Nuñez, Ahad Raza Mir, Connor Gossatti and Turlough Convery, whose roles are still kept under wraps.
