When I first stepped foot in Abercrombie & Fitch as an employee for Hollister Co. , I was just a 19-year-old looking for pocket money. I stayed for four years and was hired as an assistant manager after two and a half years of service, but ultimately, I was left distraught by the racial bias and discriminatory behaviour from senior management.
