Nets Wanted Russell Westbrook, First-Round Picks & Swaps, Austin Reaves, Max Christie For Kyrie Irving - RealGM Wiretap
The Los Angeles Lakers initially offered the Brooklyn Nets a trade package of Russell Westbrook and two first-round picks in 2027 and 2029 for Kyrie Irving, sources told Shams Charania of The Athletic.
The Nets informed the Lakers that the package would also need to include pick swaps and young players like Austin Reaves and Max Christie. Although Irving did not give the Nets a list of his preferred destinations, it is believed that he would have welcomed a deal to the Lakers.
