The opening menu has six types of pizza, from £4 to £5 for a slice or £12 to £18 for the whole pie
around the city are serving but deep pan slices of Detroit pizza. A thick focaccia base is loaded with toppings, and cut into four, which means everyone gets to munch on the crunchy cheesy crust.

The whole theory behind the Detroit-style is every customer will get a corner slice with the cheese crust." Chef Richard Miller said:"We're not just another pizza joint. Detroit is a deep pan with a twist. I have made a focaccia dough. The fundamentals of the Neapolitan dough and the Detroit dough are the same.
