"He's spent five to six minutes in the houses," Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Gavin Mullins told" hasn't touched or stolen anything, hasn't damaged any property, hasn't made any contact with the people and then he's just left the premises.
"Until we understand his motivation, we are concerned and we are very keen to speak to him to understand a little bit more."The man has been seen in CCTV footage in the Geelong area, Torquay and Werribee. Police have turned to the public for assistance in identifying the offender. "We've got some pretty good CCTV from one of the cameras in Werribee without a mask and we're hoping that someone might be able to recognise him from those images," Mullins said.A man seen in CCTV footage around Geelong.
