The Association’s President Malcolm Elliott has told The Australian that updates made in April by the former Coalition government have failed to simplify the curriculum. Mr Elliott warned the national teacher shortage is at a crisis point and that areas that had once been desirable places for teachers are now struggling to fill positions.
