Three temporary classrooms could be placed on a Nottinghamshire college campus ahead of new flagship learning facilities. Vision West Nottinghamshire College is planning a new training centre at its Lowmoor Road campus, in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, alongside a new civil engineering centre.

If approved, we would seek to install the units by the summer, ready for use in the next academic year.

The funding is centred around a £30m flagship automated distribution and manufacturing centre . The authority said this will be a “national centre of excellence” focused on “promoting and providing access” to the latest technologies and best practices in automated distribution.
