Terrorism police had raided the north-west Sydney home of a mother and her disabled daughter a week before their bodies were found.
Police had turned up to the home of Jennifer Carrig and her disabled 13-year-old daughter in the days leading up to their deaths to investigate an alleged incident involving her teen son.
When police arrived, they made the grim discovery of the bodies of Jennifer Carrig, aged 53, and her 13-year-old daughter Ella in their own bedrooms. A week before, terrorism police turned up to the same family home to execute a search warrant as they investigated Ms Carrig's 19-year-old son Christopher Carrig.
