The 30-year-old Southern California native is the subject of “Inverted Perspective,” a documentary produced by 805 Beer.
The film is as much about her riding skills as it is about the influence of her late father. She was just 12 when he was involved in an ATV racing accident that left him paralyzed from the chest down. He continued to support his daughter in her own racing endeavors until his death several years ago.
Pro motocross racer and Southern California native Vicki Golden is the subject of a new documentary that premiered on YouTube March 29. The story told in the 35-minute film is as much about her riding skills as it is about the influence of her late father. “Her story is probably one of the most inspirational stories we’ve ever told,” said Dustin Hinz, chief marketing officer for Firestone Walker Brewing Company. “Really forging a path and trailblazing a path in a very male dominated industry; those are the types of stories that resonate with us.”
