The bar will open on Tithebarn Street
Wannabe Rory McIlroys and John Rahms will soon be able to hone their skills at a golf simulator bar in Poulton-le-Fylde. Work is underway to construct Sim Bar in the Wyre town.
Carrying the clever tagline 'swing, sip, socialise' the bar will combine an indoor golf experience with a glass of your favourite tipple. In a post on a community Facebook group, owners Harvey Ross, Rib Bullen and Tom Farrell have revealed more details about the new venture. It will feature two 'state of the art' golf simulators, giving golfers the chance to 'play' on some of the world's best and most famous courses.
There will also be an option to try football skills. The venue will also be available to hire for parties and events. Sim Bar will be located at 1 Tithebarn Street, which is close to the town's golf club. The popular street also includes a pub, cafe restaurant, toy shop and pharmacy and is next to St Chad's Church.
