The land is bounded by Cobb Park to the west, U.S. 287 to the north, Canberra Court to the east, and Berry Street to the south. The new subdivision will be accessible from Berry Street to the south and Thannisch Avenue to the east, which will connect with an already existing single-family neighborhood, according to city documents.
