A new West Valley City location
WEST VALLEY CITY — More than 1,000 of Utah's youngest children and their families have experienced more than 36,300 hours of evidence-based mental health care since the Children's Center Utah was founded 60 years ago.
The Children's Center Utah is a nonprofit organization that aims to help and support children from birth to age 6 with therapy and treatment for a variety of issues — such as prolonged temper tantrums, social-emotional delays or families seeking to find their groove after separation or divorce. Children live as patients at the facility while undergoing treatments.
Plans for a satellite campus in Utah County are being discussed, with potential completion in July 2026. A specific location is projected to be announced in spring 2024.
