It's the first time they will perform in the UK since 2020 🤩
Matt Healy’s band will be taking the vacant headline slot for Bramham Park and its sister event Reading Festival. It became available following Rage Against The Machine’s withdrawal.
This was because of an injury to frontman Zack de la Rocha. Returning to the main stage at both sites, this will be fans’ first chance to see The 1975 live in the UK since 2020.They headlined the two festivals back in 2019. The Manchester four-piece have been drip-feeding teasers of their upcoming fifth album Being Funny in a Foreign Language.
It is due for release on Friday, October 14. They will be headlining at Bramham Park alongside Arctic Monkeys, Dave, Megan Thee Stallion, Halsey and Bring Me The Horizon. Thousands are expected at Leeds Festival 2022 which is taking place between Friday, 26 August and Sunday, August 28.
