'We wanted to bring something a little bit different to the city'

Rise has expanded to new premises at 78A Fishergate to add to the Miller Arcade premises which has quickly become a popular spot for brunch premises in the city. Owned by Leigh Norton and Jack Swire, the new premises is close to Preston Railway Station.

Focused on coffee, bakes and juice, Rise 3 is operating from 7am to 6pm on weekdays and then 8am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The menu is different to the Miller Arcade Rise from cappuccinos, to freshly made juices and smoothies, and delicious bagels and focaccia, it's said to be a great place to work.What is even better, is that it's dog friendly too. Posting on social media, the new premises opened on Sunday. They said: "RISE 3.

"All of you who put some absolutely crazy effort in to get us open ready for yesterday! We wanted to bring something a little bit different to the city." It seems fans of Rise were ecstatic that the new premises has opened. Dianne Finch commented: "Congratulations, it will be every much a success as yr other 2 Rise's... great food, drinks and amazing friendly staff."Evangeline Hart said: "Amazing, so happy you got a bigger place!.
