Cat owner and vet, Helen thought her furry friend had broken his leg when he walked inside the family home, limping in pain after being bitten. Now, she is warning other feline owners in the area.
A 12-year-old tomcat came home with a "horrible" wound on his leg after being attacked by another cat in Newton Mearns.
The 38-year-old, who has two other cats, believes a well-muscled grey tabby cat with 'big chubby cheeks' is behind a string of feline attacks in and around the Paidmyre Road area.READ MORE: Frail bearded dragon found in Lanark in 'poor condition' after being left in woodlands She told Glasgow Live: "We've lived here for the past seven years and have never had trouble but this cat has recently been harassing our cats.
"She has a bald patch now where she was hurt, it’s upsetting for her. Each of my cats have been injured and needed a course of treatment afterwards."
