The former Washington defensive lineman posted video of his status just minutes ago ... showing him taking steps as he makes his way through the facility's hallway. As we previously reported, the former Washington defensive lineman said he was lucky to be alive after experiencing last Friday ... with his mother revealing he was responding as if the stroke was minor, and was expected to make a full recovery -- calling his improvement a"miracle."
