Eileen was instrumental in setting up the Western Health and Social Care Trust's Rapid Response Nursing Team
Eileen Tyler was joined by colleagues and friends at the Omagh Hospital and Primary Care Complex where she has worked since 2007.
"It is a day to celebrate and thank Eileen for everything she has done for her patients and their families but also a sad day for the staff in Rapid Response Nursing Team where Eileen has lead and developed our service since its inception and from strength to strength. The Irvinestown native returned to Fermanagh in 2007, and since then has been instrumental in training highly skilled nursing staff in offering hospital interventions to patients in their own homes.
"On behalf of the Western Trust, Rapid Response nursing teams, patients and their families we want to extend a huge thank you to Eileen for your incredible leadership, vision, friendship, compassion and care.
