An insider has revealed Australian actress Nicole Kidman was left"disappointed" by a recent social media post from husband Keith Urban that hit too close to home.
“I don't know what is going on with that song, but I cannot stop playing it," he said earlier this month.“I play that thing over and over and over.” A close insider of Kidman has revealed she did not take too kindly to Urban's use of the word"heroin" due to the singer's history with illicit drugs.
