Celebrity Big Brother fans were left confused as they spotted Nikita Kuzmin with a mobile phone in the house, after visiting the Diary Room.
Nikita has previously been open about his condition after being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when he was a teenager. However, one explained what the item was, they said: "He’s diabetic. It’s his machine to check his sugars." A second added: "nikita is diabetic he’s checking blood sugar it’s not a phone!!"
