Niles police charge suspect, 33, with felonies for shooting 15-year-old; both injured

A 33-year-old Niles man has been charged with multiple felonies in a non-fatal shooting of a 15-year-old in Niles Oct. 20, police said.

A 33-year-old man has been charged with multiple felonies in a shooting of a 15-year-old victim who then used the same gun to shoot the 33-year old in the torso, according to a Niles Police news release. The shooting occurred in Niles Oct. 20 at about 10:33 a.m. Anthony C.

Walker of the 9200 block of Woodland Drive, Niles, has been charged by the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office with the following: In an update, police said Walker had a verbal dispute with the teen inside a residence in the 9200 block of Woodland Drive.
