Boston Calling festival announced that Nine Inch Nails will replace Foo Fighters as the Friday night headliner
. The Foos have canceled all activity following the death of drummer Taylor Hawkins. This marks Nine Inch Nails’ first time on the road in four years., the Saturday of the festival will be headlined by The Strokes and by Metallica on Sunday. The headliners will lead a strong lineup of both regional acts and globally recognized music stars.
Boston Calling recently announced a new stage, the Tivoli Audio Orange Stage, specifically dedicated to performances by local and regional music artists. The festival’s complete lineup can be found below. It takes place from May 27-29. Tickets are available on their website
