Running back MarShawn Lloyd is out for USC's crtical homecoming game against No. 5 Washington. The transfer from South Carolina is walking on the field in his jersey and sweatpants as teammates warm up with less than 40 minutes remaining before kickoff. Lloyd currently leads the country in rushing yards per carry at 7.74. His absence opens the door for Austin Jones. Raleek Brown was also warming up with the running backs after the former Mater Dei star was not seen at games in recent weeks.
Brown was expected to redshirt this season after falling out of the rotation, but raised eyebrows this week when he posted on Twitter 'Show time #fighton' with a shushing emoji. Brown can appear in up to four games this season while retaining his redshirt eligibility.
