A California property investor has grown its North Texas holdings to more than 5 million square feet with the purchase of three Fort Worth buildings.

San Diego-based Westcore Realty bought three warehouses in the North Quarter 35 business park on Interstate-35W in North Fort Worth. The fully-leased buildings total more than 485,000 square feet.

“Westcore is extremely proud to own three of the four buildings at North Quarter 35, which is located in one of the nation’s top-performing industrial markets,” managing director Hack Adams said in a statement. “This Class A, well-executed and ideally located project is an excellent addition to our Dallas-Fort Worth portfolio.”
