Temperatures are going to take a dive at the end of the week.
CLEVELAND, Ohio — Gray weather conditions are in the forecast for Monday, with mostly cloudy skies and highs staying in the low 30s.
That’s because what could be a major winter storm is expected to form later this week, allowing cold Arctic air to push down into the Midwest and sending temperatures plummeting. Christmas Eve night could see temps fall to the low single-digits, according to the National Weather Service, and the high on Christmas Day currently is forecast to be in the mid-teens.
It’s not that bad leading up to the weekend. It will be cloudy Tuesday and Wednesday and highs will be in the mid-30s and lows in the mid- to upper-20s. There are chances of snow showers Wednesday night.
