German doctors have said initial examinations indicate Mr Navalny was poisoned — contradicting the diagnosis of doctors in Siberia who initially treated himJean-Yves Le Drian, the French Foreign Minister, told radio station RTL that playing the "transparency game" was in the best interest of the Russian Government.
In the lead up to talks between foreign ministers in the European Union, Germany's Heiko Maas said Russia must help.
