According to Huckabee Sanders, the President summoned her and communications director Hope Hicks to the oval office to tell them to add the just over nine minute-long song to the list and declared it the greatest music video ever made.

James’ tale is about a blues musician struggling to deal with the death of a lover from suicide. The music video plays as a sort of fever dream Rose is having which covers the courtship, wedding and funeral spliced with a live Guns N' Roses show.
