The Midlands club were set to be handed a six-point penalty – three points for the breach and a further three for the scale of the breach – but had two points scratched off due to their cooperation with the process.However, Wyness suggested Forest could see those points deducted if they appeal the independent commission’s decision.“From the Premier League’s point of view, they don’t want this to carry on and drag on for longer.
