That’s not to say that the Spurs have played their best football, though. However, one only needs to look back to their opening day 2-0 defeat to Newcastle to get a script of how this match is going to go. They held just 39% possession on the day, were outshot nearly five to one, and were overwhelmed by the Magpie attack.
