Nottingham nutritionist John Clarke has shared his top tips for people who are trying to lose weight. The Carlton-based nutritionist has been in the industry for more than 20 years after receiving a diploma in Sports Science. Mr Clarke works alongside professional athletes as well as creating weight loss plans for many other people. Most recently, he worked with a married couple from Carlton who managed to lose a combined 56lbs in 56 days.
“I work with people to get them from A to B a lot of people struggling mentally with weight loss, I also get people in who are struggling with depression,” the nutritionist said.
