L’une sera consacrée à la production de véhicules, l’autre de cellules de batteries, selon toutes les informations qui circulent à ce sujet depuis un certain temps. Volkswagen est présente à Chattanooga au Tennessee, où elle a pu constater les mêmes effets. C’est le seul endroit où elle produit des modèles qu’elle vend au grand public .
