A technical error has left thousands of people waiting for the high profile court case for controversial tennis star Novak Djokovic.

The hearing was due to start at 10am on Monday in the Federal Circuit Court but error messages reading “server too busy” and “this site can’t be reached” displayed for the livestream.A spokesman from the court confirmed they were aware of the issues as thousands of people were expected to log on for the hearing.
