After starting in 21 of his 23 games this year, Papali'i has been named on the bench, while Ryan Matterson has completed his suspension for a high shot in round 22 but has been listed among the reserves.Keegan Hipgrave copped a one-match ban for a high tackle on James Fisher-Harris and will need the Eels to progress to week two if he is to play again this season.
