The Tigers head to Campbelltown for the first time this season and could find themselves in the top eight with a win over the up-and-down Dragons.
DRAGONS 24, TIGERS 12KEY POINTSDRAGONS RIGHT EDGE A DREAM: If you put Jack Bird and Zac Lomax together, plus a floating Tyrell Sloan, you have a magical combination. It took them just two minutes to find the Dragons first points, with Sloan able to get on the outside of Justin Olam and using his speed to combine with middle man Bird to get the ball out to Lomax on the wing. The Dragons were fast and threatening down that edge all night.
Both teams had their fair share of errors, but the Tigers errors were more costly. A knock-on from a scrum-feed here, a sloppy penalty there, even when they had momentum they struggled to finish sets. It meant the Dragons had an easy leg-up out of their half too often, and when the opportunity for points presented itself to the Tigers, they couldn’t keep the ball in their hands.KEY STATS
