A Queensland woman has been sentenced to a good behaviour bond for running onto the field during an NRL match. 7NEWS

Johanson fronted Southport Magistrates Court on Tuesday when she pleaded guilty to entering a major sports facility without permission.In the days after the incident, Johanson defended the security guard’s tackle after concerns were raised that it was unnecessarily forceful.Credit:She said at the time she had absolutely no problems with the security response, telling 7NEWS she “got what I deserved”.

The court heard she had written to the security guard, expressing hope he was not reprimanded for his actions. “I understand you have received criticism and adverse comments about how you handled the situation,” read the letter, seen by 7NEWS. “I sincerely hope that I have not put your employment or position into any jeopardy. I certainly would not support any action being taken against you.”Javon Johanson outside Southport Magistrates Court.“My actions were irresponsible, embarrassing, totally out of order and potentially dangerous,” she wrote.

Her lawyer Campbell MacCallum told the court she has received widespread shame, with distasteful and unsettling comments about her intelligence and weight.In video of the incident on social media platform TikTok, Johanson said it was her “biggest goal in life” to “run on a football field”.Johanson made it onto the field, dodging one security guard before being tackled by another.
