First-year NSW Blues coach Michael Maguire and Queensland counterpart Billy Slater have shaken up their State of Origin squads for the 2024 opener, with mainstays axed on both sides. Tedesco has played a record 22 straight matches for NSW and is arguably the best fullback in their Origin history.
