32: NSW's lowest score in 130 years of Sheffield Shield cricket and the fourth-lowest in the competition's history.

The NSW Blues have posted the fourth-lowest score in the history of the Sheffield Shield and the state's lowest-ever total from nearly 130 years in the competition, falling for 32 against Tasmania.

Sydney-born Jackson Bird did the bulk of the damage for the Tasmania Tigers, taking those first three wickets and four others to finish with figures of 7-18.set by South Australia against NSW in 1955Tasmania set them a first-innings target of 333. Test skipper Tim Paine topped the score with 87, while Bird chipped in with a half century.

Peter Siddle grabbed his first wicket, getting Jason Sangha caught behind, before the Blues lost their fifth - and Bird's fourth - just before lunch. Sean Abbott suffered a hand injury while bowling yesterday, so was absent hurt - the Blues all out for 32.
