tolled motorways has recommended drivers be charged more to use the roads. But the state government shut down many of the recommendations of the review today, which was ordered by the previous administration.
Documents released today revealed tolling previously free roads across Sydney and introducing a congestion tax for those who come into the CBD was recommended in the review.
