A 60-year-old man has been accused of sexually abusing a young girl several times in the NSW Hunter region.

The man sexually abused the eight-year-old girl, who was known to him, several times at a Raymond Terrace home between 2019 and 2020, NSW Police said in a statement. The 60-year-old was charged with three counts of sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 10, intentionally sexually touch a child under 10 years old and intentionally incite a child under 10 years to sexually touch them.
